3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of using the contact form based on your consent, pursuant to – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;

4. Your personal data may be transferred to the website hosting provider, mailbox hosting provider, IT service provider and other entities authorised by law.

5. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your personal data will be processed for a maximum of two years.

7. You have the right of access to your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. Submitting your personal data is voluntary.

Clause for Customers, Contractors and their representatives and employees

Information on the processing of data of Customers and Contractors being natural persons or natural persons conducting business activity and for persons acting as members of bodies of legal persons, commercial proxies, proxies, representatives and contact persons on the part of the Customer and Contractor.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

3. If you are our Customer or Contractor – a party to the agreement between us:

· we process your data for the purposes of:

A/ performing the agreement and taking actions at the data subject’s request before signing the agreement in accordance with the condition of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

B/ fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the controller related to such matters as the financial and accounting settlement pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;

C/ exercising claims based on the Company’s legitimate interest – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

D/ maintaining business relationships based on the controller’s legitimate interest – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

· submitting your personal data is necessary to sign and perform the agreement.

4. If, however, you are a representative of our Customer or Contractor (member of a body of a legal person, commercial proxy, proxy, representative or contact person on the part of our Customer or Contractor):

· we process your data for the purposes of:

A/ establishing business relationships, including signing agreements or making contact in connection with the performance of the agreement pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR

B/ exercising claims and defending against claims pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR

C/ fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the controller related to such matters as the financial and accounting settlement pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;

· we have obtained your data:

– if you are a person representing a company – from the entity in which you are a member of bodies of legal persons and from registers of business entities (National Court Register, Central Register and Information on Economic Activity)

– if you are a person designated by the entity for contacts: from the entity in which you perform this function under the agreement.

5. Your personal data will be transferred to hosting providers, software providers, a company providing IT services, a company destroying documents, tax offices, banks, Poczta Polska S.A., courier companies, law firms, consulting firms, translators, statutory auditors, audit firms, debt collection firms and other entities, when it results from the provisions of law.

6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

7. Your personal data will be processed for the term of the agreement and then until the claims arising from it expire. Data from financial documents will be processed for the time resulting from the accounting regulations.

8. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to their rectification, restriction of processing, data portability, erasure and the right to object.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), when you consider that the processing of personal data infringes the provisions of law.

Clause for individuals using social networking sites used by Stegu

Fanpage on Facebook, Instagram
While using our profile on Facebook or Instagram, by expressing opinions, sending us messages and performing other forms of activity, you give consent to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) we inform you that:

1. The Controller of your personal data is Stegu Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Jełowa at ul. Dworcowa 8, 46-024 Jełowa (KRS no.: 0000174827, tax id. no. (NIP): 9910076849, business id. no. (REGON): 532411814).

The Controller and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers of your data in accordance with the CJEU ruling in case C-210/16. Detailed information on mutual arrangements between the Controllers is available at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum.

4. Your personal data will be transferred to the provider of Facebook – Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland). The rules for the processing of your personal data by Facebook Ireland are available at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

5. Due to the global data flow within the website, Facebook may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses binding on Meta Platforms.

6. Your personal data processed will be processed until the consent is revoked.

7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

8. Submitting your personal data is voluntary, however, due to the rules for the Facebook operation, it is inseparably related to subscribing to the fanpage, commenting or reacting to posts or sending us a private message. In the case of browsing the fanpage by a logged-in user, statistical data are collected automatically by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, when you consider that the processing of personal data infringes the provisions of law.

10. Your data will be subject to profiling to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.

Channel on YouTube
While using our profile on YouTube, by subscribing, expressing opinions and performing other forms of activity, you give consent to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) we inform you that:

4. Your personal data will be transferred to the provider of YouTube – Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The Controller and the provider of YouTube are joint controllers of your data

5. Due to the global data flow within the website, Google may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses binding on Google.

6. Your personal data processed will be processed until the consent is revoked and the claims expire.

7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent and to object at any time.

8. Submitting your personal data is voluntary, however, due to the rules for the YouTube operation, it is inseparably related to subscribing to the channel, playing a video, commenting or reacting to posts.
